Einen Bademantel oder Badetücher erhalten Sie gegen eine Leihgebühr an der Rezeption. 

Der Umwelt zuliebe wechseln wir die Bettwäsche bei Aufenthalten unter 7 Tagen nur auf Wunsch. 

Genießen Sie Ihren Besuch im Café Auszeit. Wir bieten Ihnen eine reiche Auswahl an Lokalen und Internationalen Getränke sowie Snacks und kleine Gerichte.

Die Aktuellen Öffnungszeiten entnehmen Sie bitte dem Aushang am Infoboard oder am Eingang.

Am Anreisetag können Sie das Zimmer ab 14:00 Uhr beziehen. Ein früherer Check-in kann je nach Verfügbarkeit gewährt werden und sollte im Vorhinein angefragt werden.

Wir bitten Sie das Zimmer am Abreisetag bis 10:30 Uhr zu verlassen und den Schlüssel an der Rezeption zu retournieren. Falls Sie das Zimmer länger benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die Rezeption.

 Unseren Böden zuliebe bitten wir Sie auch keine Radschuhe, Rollerskates oder dergleichen innerhalb des Hotels zu tragen.

Wir bitten Sie zum Frühstück in angemessener Kleidung zu erscheinen.

Unsere absperrbare Radgarage mit Platz für bis zu 40 Fahrrädern steht all unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Weitere überdachte Abstellplätze sind am Hotelgelände verfügbar. Die Garagenplätze können nicht reserviert werden.

Den Schlüssel zum Fahrradraum erhalten Sie an der Rezeption. Bitte versperren Sie die Türe nach dem Verlassen des Raumes.

Steckdosen für das kostenlose Laden für E-Bikes stehen in der Radgarage zur Verfügung. Auf Rücksicht auf andere Gäste bitten wir Sie diese nach beendetem Ladevorgang frei zu machen.

Das Laden von E-Bike Akkus auf dem Zimmer ist nicht gestattet.

Das Hotel übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden oder Diebstahl der abgestellten Fahrräder.

Ein Reparaturset, sowie Werkzeug für kleinere Reparaturen finden Sie im Fahrradraum.

Für größere Reparaturen oder Ersatzteile wenden Sie sich bitte an das Fahradfachgeschäft im Zentrum von Bad Radkersburg.

Unser Steirer Frühstück servieren wir täglich von 07:30 bis 10:00 Uhr. Genießen Sie eine reichhaltige Auswahl von Steirischen und Internationalen Spezialitäten vom Büffet.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen das die Mitnahme von Speisen vom Büffet nicht gestattet ist. Falls Sie eine Jause mitnehmen möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte an einen Servicemitarbeiter. Für die Mitnahme von Speisen vom Frühstücksbüffet erlauben wir uns einen Betrag von 9 € zu verrechnen.

Einen Gelsenstecker bekommen Sie auf Wunsch an der Rezeption.

Die Handtücher in Ihrem Zimmer werden auf Ihren Wunsch täglich gewechselt.

Bitte beachten Sie unsere umweltfreundliche Regelung: Handtücher am Boden = bitte austauschen, Handtücher am Hacken = werden nicht ausgetauscht und weiterverwendet.

Einen Kühlschrank, gefüllt mit Bier, Wein und alkoholfreien Getränken finden Sie im Erdgeschoß von Haus 2.

Bitte tragen Sie Ihre Konsumationen in die Liste ein, wir buchen diese dann auf Ihr Zimmer.

Wir bitten Sie höflichst die Flaschen zu retournieren und keine Lebensmittel im Getränkekühlschrank zu lagern.

Zwischen 22:00 und 07:00 Uhr bitten wir Sie die Nachtruhe zu respektieren.

Das Rauchen ist in allen Innenräumen des Hotels behördlich verboten. 

Das Rauchverbot gilt für alle Rauchprodukte, inklusive E-Zigaretten oder Dampfzigaretten. Wird festgestellt das in einem Zimmer geraucht wurde, wird eine Reinigungspauschale von 150 € verrechnet.

Das Rauchen ist nur in den designierten Außenbereichen um das Hotel erlaubt. Bitte verwenden Sie der Umwelt zuliebe einen Aschenbecher.

Die Rezeption ist Ihre Anlaufstelle für Informationen und Services und ist täglich von 08:00 - 18:00 Uhr besetzt. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten ist die Rezeption über die Telefonnummer 03476/403 1711 erreichbar.

Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Safe ausgestattet. Der 3 bis 6-stellige Code kann selbst programmiert werden.

Programmieren des Safes

• Drücken Sie bei geöffnetem Safe den roten Knopf auf der Innenseite der Türe.

• Beim Ertönen von 3 Signaltönen und dem Aufleuchten vom gelben Lämpchen haben Sie ca. 20 Sekunden Zeit den Safe zu programmieren.
• Geben Sie Ihren persönlichen Code (3-6 Stellen) ein.
• Drücken Sie die Taste B (je nach Modell auch taste A) zur Bestätigung.
• Der Safe kann nun geschlossen werden.

Öffnen des Safes

• Geben Sie Ihren persönlichen Code ein (3-6 Stellen)

• Drücken Sie die Taste B (je nach Modell auch taste A) zur Bestätigung.

• Wenn das grüne Licht leuchtet, können Sie die Türe öffnen.

• Drehen Sie den Drehgriff nach rechts.

Sollten Sie den Code vergessen haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an die Rezeption.

Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Safe am Abreisetag leer und geöffnet ist.

In case you need a bathrobe and a towel for visiting the thermal baths, you are welcome to rent it at the reception. 

Our lockable bike garage, with space for up to 40 bicycles, is available to all our guests. Additional covered parking spaces are also available on the hotel premises. Garage spaces cannot be reserved.

You can obtain the key to the bike room at the reception. Please lock the door after leaving the room.

Power outlets for free E-bike charging are provided in the bike garage. As a courtesy to other guests, please free up the outlets after completing the charging process.

Charging E-bike batteries in the room is not permitted.

The hotel assumes no liability for damage or theft of parked bicycles.

You can rent a bike in the city center of Bad Radkersburg. The shop is approx. 1 km away from the hotel. For further details please ask the reception or directly at www.fahrradfachgeschaeft.at

Breakfast is daily served for you from 07:30 to 10:00 am.

Enjoy a rich selection of Styrian and international specialties from the buffet. 

Please be aware that it is not allowed to take the food away from the buffet. In case you wish to take a snack with you, please contact our service employee. Take away snack from the breakfast buffet will be charged with an amount of 9 €.

Enjoy your time in Café Auszeit. We offer you a rich selection of local and international drinks as well as snacks and small dishes.

The current opening hours are mentioned on the informational board or at the entrance.

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. Earlier check-in should be requested in advance and can be granted depending on availabilities of the rooms.

You are welcome to stay in the room till 10.30 am on the departure day. Please contact the reception in case you wish to stay longer in the room. 

For your comfort, each room has a drying rack on the balcony. Please use this only to dry your bath towels or clothes.

We kindly ask you to dress appropriately for the breakfast. Please do not wear your bike shoes or roller skaters inside the hotel.

Please be aware that any manipulations or covering of the fire detectors is strictly forbidden by the authorities. Any costs incurred will be charged.

Open fire, candles and incense sticks are not allowed to be used in the rooms. If it leads to a fire alarm or any damage, the costs will be charged in a full amount.

A first aid box is located at the reception and in Café Auszeit.

Please pay attention to the notice on the backside of your room door. There you can find the shortest way from your room to the next exit.

Beer, wine and non alcoholic refrehments can be found in the fridge, located in house 2.

Please register your consumptions in the list and we will post them to your room account.

We kindly ask you to return the empty bottles and not to store personal food items in the fridge.

Mosquito plugs are available at the reception desk.

Please respect a night rest from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am.

In Café Auszeit we can only accpet cash payments.

On request we can offer you additional pillows.

The reception is a central informational point opened for you from 08:00 - 20:00. Outside these hours, the reception can be reached by phone +43 3476 403 1711.

The rooms are daily cleaned from 08:00. Please use the "Do not disturb" sign in case you don´t want that anyone is entering the room.

Each room is equipped with a safe.You have to create a 3 to 6-digit code by yourself. 

Programming the safe:

With the safe open, press the red button on the inside of the door.

When you hear 3 beeps and the yellow light comes on, you have about 20 seconds to program the safe.Enter your personal code (3-6 digits).

Press button B to confirm.The safe can now be closed.

Opening the safe:

Enter your personal code (3-6 digits) Press button B to confirm. When the green light is on, you can open the door.

Turn the rotary handle to the right. In case you forgot the code, please contact the reception.  Please ensure that the safe is empty and open on the day of departure.

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas around the hotel. Please use one of the ashtrays.

Smoking is officially prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. The smoking ban applies to all smoking products, including e-cigarettes or vapor cigarettes.

We will charge a cleaning fee of 150€ in case we determine that smoking took place in a room.

Entrance tickets to the Parktherme Bad Radkersburg are available at the reception desk.

For full-day tickets following discounts apply:

• 1-3 days: 10 % discount
• 4-6 days: 15 % discount
• 7-14 days: 20 % discount

Half-day tickets and vouchers for massage and beauty treatments are also available.

The towels in your room can be changed daily on your request.

We have an environmental friendly regulation: towels on the floor = please exchange, towels on the hook = will not be exchanged and reused.

We would be glad to provide you with warm blankets if needed during the cold season. Please contact the reception.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms and in the public areas of the hotel. You can get the current password at the reception.
