General terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH) as of 15 November 2006 apply with your booking.
BOOKING TERMS
Rates are per night and room, including breakfast, excluding city tax.
Prices are in Euro, including VAT.
Room reservations can be done via our website, telephone or email.
After your acceptance of the offer, you will receive a reservation confirmation which is binding.
PRE-PAYMENT
To guarantee your reservation a pre-payment of 30 % is necessary.
For non-refundable rates a pre-payment of 90 % is requested.
Pre-payments can be settled via bank transfer or via credit card.
The exact amount and payment details will be received with the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be reminded that the withdrawal (§ 11 Abs 1 FAGG) does not apply for hotel bookings.
Our policy for individual travelers:
21 days prior to arrival – 30 % of the total amount
14 days prior to arrival – 50 % of the total amount
7 days prior to arrival – 80 % of the total amount
5 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the total amount
14 days prior to arrival – free cancellation
13 days prior to arrival – 50 % of the total amount
5 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the total amount
2 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the total amount
100 % from day of booking
Please be aware that cancellations or changes can only be accepted via e-mail.
If a reservation is postponed within 14 days to arrival, a surcharge of € 25 applies.
INSURANCE
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger.
Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage free of charge).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pre-payments can be settled via credit card or bank transfer.
For remote payments we provide secure payment links of our payment provider HOBEX.
In the hotel we accept cash and card payment. Following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, EC- Karte, Maestro, V-Pay, Apple Pay
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS
OFFER & OPTION
Our individual created group offers are valid for 14 days. An option for a longer time can be provided upon request.
Provided rates are connected to the requested period and amount of rooms and nights. Changes to room nights may change the base rate, as well the change of arrival day.
Group rates are available during the main season starting from 2 nights.
Every 21st person stays free of charge.
RESERVATION
After accepting our offer in written form, the reservation confirmation will be send.
Please be aware that cancellations or changes can only be accepted via e-mail.
PAYMENT TERMS
To guarantee your reservation a pre-payment of 50 % of the total amount is obligatory. The exact amount and payment details will be received with the reservation confirmation.
The final payment is requested 2 weeks prior to arrival, latest at check-in.
Rates are non-commissionable.
For group reservations we work with a total invoice only. For single invoices we apply a surcharge of € 2,00 per invoice.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
From 40 days prior to arrival – 80 % of total amount
From 20 days prior to arrival – 100 % of total amount
No show or premature departure - 100 % of total amount
Half board meals: 14 days prior to arrival – 100 % of total amount
14 days prior 10 % of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge
7 days prior 5 % of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge

PETS
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to availability of dog-friendly rooms. For your beloved pet, we charge a cleaning fee of € 15 per night per animal, excluding food. Food bowls and dog towels are gladly provided upon request.
Please ensure that your brought pets are well-behaved, groomed, and house-trained. As the owner, you are liable for any personal or property damage. Kindly be considerate of other guests; continuous barking in the room is not desirable.
Your bed and hotel furniture must be off-limits to your dog. You are welcome to take your dog to the front breakfast room, but not to the buffet area.
Please adhere to the general leash requirement and use waste bags without fail. After your walk, kindly clean and dry your dog before entering your room.
For rooms that are exceptionally heavily soiled, we will charge an end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 150, plus any costs for damages or room closure.
Duty to give notice
The consumer must immediately report any breach of contract that they notice during their stay to the hotel operator, taking into account the respective circumstances
